Duration The programme is a 1 year part-time programme. It is envisaged that elements of the programme will be offered through blended learning.
Entry Requirements Applicants will be required to hold at least a FETAC level 5 qualification (8 modules) in Care of the Older Person (or equivalent). Garda vetting will be required.
In exceptional circumstances, consideration will be given to candidates who demonstrate significant prior experience and learning (RPL). Applicants who apply through this route (RPL) will be required to attend for interview and may be required to undertake a short written test before admission.
