The course creates a learning environment, in which the emphasis is on the practical application of the skills necessary, to work in the dynamic and ever-changing sectors of food and beverage, accommodation and food preparation.
This course is designed to help students develop the essential skills and techniques which form the basis for a career in the Hotel, tourism, business or hospitality industry. The course comprises both theoretical and practical modules, and students will gain an understanding of business and marketing.
