Requirements
You must provide evidence of competence in written and spoken English Language (minimum GCSE grade C or equivalent) and numeracy (minimum GCSE grade C or equivalent); At least 15 points at Level 2 or above (e.g. GCSE) or have alternative approved qualifications. You should have obtained a minimum of 48 UCAS points (new tariff) achieved through the completion of ‘A’ Levels, National Awards, Access or other alternative approved qualifications. |

Each year students go on visits and attend various events etc. which should cost no more than £20 – £30 per year. |
| Course Content |
Overview
This course has been developed to meet the needs of those wishing to study media, including photojournalism. During the course you will use high end solid state cameras, audio recorders and a range of production and post-production hardware and software to produce creative results. Throughout the course, you will gain real world experience by producing work for commercial and voluntary sector clients. |

Assessment will be formative, assessed continually throughout the year. Learners are expected to be punctual with all work, and to complete it to the very best of their ability. |

Progression
You could continue your studies on the BA (Hons) Degree in Creative Imaging (Lurgan Campus) or alternatively, you may seek employment in the following areas:
• Advertising and the Audio Visual Media
• Electronic Media including Graphic Design, Marketing, Public Relations, Video and Sound Editing. |
