Hide-The QQI/FETAC Level 5 Health Care Assistant Training Course at Our Lady’s Hospice & Care Services will equip you with the skills, experience and certification required to become a Qualified Health Care Assistant.
This course is for those currently working or seeking work in the healthcare sector as Qualified Health Care Assistants. On completion of this course, you will receive the QQI/FETAC Level 5 Health Service Skills Award. This will allow you to work as a Qualified Health Care Assistant under supervision in a variety of healthcare settings (acute hospital, residential care and nursing home, community care and day centre). It will also provide an opportunity to progress to further and higher education and training.
This part-time programme takes place one day a week, allowing you to continue working while you study.
