Hide-This is QQI Level 4 programme suitable for learners who have completed level 3 programmes in Word Processing, Internet and Email or Computer Literacy. It is also suitable for learners who may have used or worked with computers in the past but who want to brush up on their computer skills. This course will also be of interest to anyone embarking on a Level 5 course as it will assist them in being able to type up assignment and project work required at level 5.

The main items covered in this course are :
• Learning to organise files folder and computer workspace
• Develop skills in data entry.
• Develop and improve word processing skills and perform common word processing tasks.
• Improve skills in using the Internet and Email as an effective communication tool.

There are exams with this course, and while learners will be well prepared in class tuition, it is important that learners practice in their own time to be in a position to pass the exams.
