Refunds are made through the Cork ETB and not the college. The refund process takes a minimum of three weeks. Student services and administration are included in the cost of courses.
All Examination costs are included in the course fees. Most examinations take place during the last week of April and the first two weeks in May. Exceptions to this are the Royal Horticulture Certificate in Horticulture, which take place in June 2017.

| Financial Support |
People who are in receipt of an old age pension or in receipt of a social welfare payment are entitled to a concession. To obtain this concession the college will need a photocopy of documentation to show what payment you are on. This must be presented on registration along with your pps number. This can only be given at the time of registration. |

The purpose of this award is to equip the learner with the knowledge, skill and competence to meet the full range of needs of older people in a variety of care settings. This is a QQI level 5 accredited module. |
