Marino college can help you. Marino college has developed a new course in Computers and Business with a focus on Digital Marketing. This course will give students the skills to enable them to gain employment in the marketing, communications and business sectors and also benefit the entrepreneur who may want to start their own business.
After studying in Marino College students will have a grounding in marketing and digital marketing techniques and business administration. The course also offers students a great foundation to enable them to progress to the more specialised diplomas/degrees Institutes of Technology and Universities. Marino College has a direct link with the National College of Ireland which offers our students specialised route of entry.

Garda Vetting
Students applying for courses involving working with children and or vulnerable adults, are required to undergo Garda Vetting procedures prior to commencing placements. If, as a result of the outcome of the Garda Vetting procedures, a student is deemed unsuitable to attend clinical or other professional placement he/she may be required to withdraw from the course. |

Registration fees apply. However it is important that students should budget to cover the cost of the various student services - similar to the requirements of Third Level Colleges. These costs include examination fees, insurance, registration charges, books and where required - uniforms and specialised equipment. Details of these charges are available on request from the college. There are no fees for tuition. No refund of course costs will be issued after 30th September.
In addition, students are liable for a €200 participation contribution, imposed on all PLC courses. The following categories of student are exempt from paying the contribution.
Full current medical card holders in their own right and their dependent children.
Those who are eligible under the student grant Scheme
Those in receipt of the Back to Education Allowance or VTOS allowances.
Please note evidence that you are in receipt of any of the above must be provided before an exemption can be implemented. Therefore, initially only those who produce a full medical card in their own right will be exempt. All others must pay the €200 contribution and it will be refunded when their eligibility is confirmed.

Back to Education Allowance
The Back to Education Allowance is a scheme which enables anyone in receipt of benefits eg Jobseekers Allowance or One Parent Family Payment to enrol on a Post Leaving Certificate or Adult Education course and continue to keep their benefit. For more information on the schemes you can contact your local Social Welfare Office.
Back to Education Initiative
The Back to Education Initiative provides part-time Further Education Programmes for young people and adults. The aim is to give people an opportunity to combine return to learning with family and other responsibilities. Priority is given to early school leavers, participants can retain their benefits and there are no course charges.

Successful students will have the skills to meet the demands of the modern digital workplace and will be in a position to seek employment in a wide range of organisations such as new media companies, community organisations, charities, and commercial enterprises who want to improve their digital media presence. Also, it will provide a solid skillset to anyone who might like to get up their own business.
The course will also enable the student to progress to other Third Level courses especially in the Dublin Institute of Technology and National College of Ireland in order to obtain a Business Degree.
Marino College of Further Education has a direct link with National College of Ireland (NCI) where students can progress to a diploma or degree course. Alternatively, students have the opportunity to advance to the QQI Level 6 Course - Advanced Administration in Project Management at this College.
