There are no tuition fees for Irish and EU Nationals. However, a registration charge, made up of the College registration charge & the Government Charge is payable and where applicable, membership & exam fees. Students will be notified of requirements in relation to textbooks, equipment or uniforms when they have been offered a place.
Non-EU Nationals are charged fees as set by the Department of Education & Skills – details of these are available from the College. |

The Student Maintenance Grant is a source of financial help available for students in full-time Post Leaving Certificate Courses (PLCs).
Family and / or personal income is a key factor that will be assessed when you apply for a maintenance grant.
There are two main conditions to be met in order to be eligible for a grant:
Candidate must have been resident in Ireland in the October Prior to Year of Entry.
Candidates must be progressing to a higher level of education as per the National Framework of Qualifications.
Note:
From 2011 students in receipt of the Back to Education or VTOS Allowance will not be eligible for the Student Maintenance Grant. This does not apply to students in receipt of One-Parent Family Allowance or Disability Allowance.
How to Apply for a Grant
An application may be made as soon as possible after the application process opens, usually in June of each year. It is not necessary to wait until an offer of a place in college is received.
If you are entering a full-time course for the first time or you are changing courses you might be eligible for a student grant. Check out the SUSI grants system on studentfinance.ie or cdetb.ie
