| Course Content |
On this course we will look at some of the most famous poets in the English language. We will examine contemporary figures as well as poets from earlier historical periods, such as Shakespeare, Romantic and First World War poets, Patrick Kavanagh, W.B Yeats, Seamus Heaney amongst others. We will discuss the influences and cultural background to their poetry and the literary techniques in their work. |
