Eligibility Minimum Age:
All participants must be 16 years or over to enrol on a night class.
Number of Places Maximum 16. There are minimum numbers required before classes can be formed and classes may be cancelled if this minimum number is not reached.
Course Content This course foundation course is aimed at equipping the learner with the necessary skills and knowledge to work directly in the catering sector or considering 3rd level education courses within the sector. The course is divided between theory and practical classes, subjects to include health and safety, practical skills, career guidance and introduction to management.
