• Fees are non-refundable except where a course is not held due to poor enrolment.
• All cheques should be crossed and made payable to Scoil Mhuire Adult Education Account.
Eligibility Participants must be at least 16 years of age in order to participate in Adult Education Courses.

Car Park:
Over 270 car parking spaces available on school grounds. Cars are parked at owner’s own risk.
Car Park closes at 10.15pm.
Course Content The aim of this course is to assist the students to develop their ability to deal with stress and learn to live in a mindful way which may increase feelings of happiness, joy and peace in their lives.
