A range of teaching and learning strategies will be used, comprising tutorials, group work and workshops. This programme is for healthcare professionals, administrative and practitioners who wish to enhance their leadership and management capacities.

Programme Objectives
The objectives of the programme are to provide you with self confidence and the prerequisite knowledge, skills and attitudes to perform effectively as clinical leaders in health care. It also aims to raise personal, professional and public awareness of the contribution of professional care to improved health outcomes.

What will I learn?
Detailed conceptual knowledge and understanding of different domains of leadership competency and building organizational capacity in a wide variety of healthcare settings.
