Hide-This QQI level 4 course is suitable for adults who are interested in the area of catering and would like to gain new skills and competencies in preparing a range of food and simple standard dishes. The course is suitable for people considering a career in catering wishing to do a taster type course before committing to full time courses in catering colleges. The course will act as a good bridge for those who have been out of the education system for a long period of time and would like to do a more hands on type of course.
While this course contains many practical elements, there is a theory aspect to it which will involve classroom sessions. There is an exam with this course and learners will need to set aside some additional time to prepare for study and assignments.
There is a one off charge of €25 for this course.
