Course enrolment for a particular course may only be secured by full payment of course fee.

Fees are strictly non-refundable unless the school decides not to run a course, in which case all fees will be refunded by post or credit card. Cheques should be made payable to St. Tiernan's Community School and should have your bank card number on the back. Fees can be paid by credit card through our school office or on the night of enrolment.
Entry Requirements Participants must be at least 16 years old. Where a student under the age of 16 wishes to enrol in a course the school management will consider such application and may in its discretion permit such enrolment.
Course Content This is a practical hands-on cooking class with tasting in the class. It will cover various typical and easy to learn Chinese dishes, with an emphasis on healthy eating. The tutor will demonstrate the dishes, and then participants will cook with his assistance. The fee includes all ingredients.
