Course Fee In general, there are two levels of fees payable. EU students from EU countries including Ireland pay a subsidised level of fees for both taught courses and research programmes. Course Content The Higher Diploma in English is a programme designed for applicants who already hold a BA in a cognate subject, or those who may already be teachers, or who wish to qualify as teachers in the future, and who would like to have the skills to teach English in Irish secondary schools.
