| Course Content |
Course explores child psychology from age 4-18 years in relation to childhood education. It is suitable for childcare staff, parents and teachers. |

Topics covered include development of personality, relationships, communication skills, the role of computer based activities, the importance of security and continuity and the impact of transition and change.
30 hours work experience in a childcare setting or school recommended. |
