• Students will not be permitted to join the course after the first class session unless the full fee has been paid.

QQI Certification Fees:
For learners attending a night class certified at QQI Levels 5 or 6, certification fees apply. For QQI level 5 courses, there are two charges depending on the award achieved and the certificate issued. Major Award Certificates are €50. Component Award Certificates are €20. For QQI Level 6 courses, Major Award Certificates are €80, Component Award Certificates are €20.

If a learner is in receipt of a Social Welfare payment or has a Medical Card, they are exempt from QQI Certification fee. This fee is in addition to the regular course fee and will be collected once the course is up and running.

Refund of Fees:
Fees will only be returned where a class is not formed. If a student is eligible for a return of fees they must complete a Refund Request Form available from the Director of Nightclasses. Fees are not refundable if a student has started a course and wishes to discontinue.
