• Class fees are based on minimum enrolment of 10.
• Where class materials are required, students will carry the costs.
• Fees are non-refundable once class commences.
• Where classes do not run due to insufficient numbers, fees will be refunded in full.

Eligibility All applicants must be over 16 years to enrol.
Number of Places Allocation will be on first paid basis.
Course Content Learn how to create your own fascinators and headpieces ideal any special occasion. During this course you will learn how to make basic fascinators using traditional millinery techniques and create wonderful trimmings such as bows, petals, flowers in different materials as well as feather curling and cutting techniques. You will complete at least 2 fascinators and learn techniques to create many more.
