Duration Duration: This programme will be 11 months in duration, commencing in September. The programme will be run on a part-time basis during the daytime. Classes may take place Monday through Friday inclusive and will be between 11 and 17 hours per week. Timetables will not be finalised until September.

Subjects Taught Content
The programme covers topics such as Sustainable Development in Public Buildings, Procurement and Tendering, Cost Planning, Risk and Safety Management etc. and also provides the opportunity to gain specific knowledge on a topic through a Thesis or Applied Research Project.
Assessment Method Assessment/Examinations
Students will be assessed by means of assessments and examinations. Students will also be required to produce a thesis or applied research project.
