-The programme works closely in partnership with the Food Safety Authority of Ireland, allowing the participants to get a good appreciation of food regulatory affairs.
The UCD Centre for Food Safety is a research pillar of the UCD Institute for Food and Health and is a well-equipped modern laboratory capable of investigating bacteria of importance to food safety. Students taking the programme benefit from open access to this unique and highly developed research environment.
