Assessment Method Assessment is by exercises and essays submitted during the year, as well as end-of-year examinations. In the final year you must also research and write a dissertation.
Comment Students may study:
EITHER Early and Modern Irish (TR022)
OR
Early Irish (EI) in combination with one other TSM subject
OR
Modern Irish (MI) in combination with one other TSM subject

In TR001 (TSM) Early Irish or Modern Irish must be studied with one other TSM subject. An honours degree is awarded in both subjects. For subjects that combine with Early Irish and with Modern Irish see page 31 of the college UG Prospectus.
