Enrol using VISA, MASTERCARD or LASER. (LASER cards do not incur a transaction fee. A fee is applied to CREDIT card users).

Also one evening in Scoil Mhuire on Thursday 14th September from 7.30pm to 9.30pm.

Cost per module is €290 or €1,000 per 4 modules.
• Fees must be paid in full on Enrolment
• Fees are non-refundable except where a course is not held due to poor enrolment.
• All cheques should be crossed and made payable to Scoil Mhuire Adult Education Account. |
| Entry Requirements |
Pass Leaving Certificate or equivalent. This requirement does not apply to mature learners. |

Participants must be at least 16 years of age in order to participate in Adult Education Courses. |

Over 270 car parking spaces available on school grounds. Cars are parked at owner’s own risk.

8 modules required for Major Award
This course provides the successful learners with a nationally accredited award in the theory and practice of Early Childhood Education and Care. The learner will gain knowledge, skills and the competence to work independently and under supervision in a range of Early Childhood Care and Education Settings. Early Childhood Care and Education Worker in Pre school, Creche, Classroom Assistant, Special Needs Assistant, Children’s Nanny. They are eligible to progress to Higher education courses in Universities and Institutes of Technology through the Higher Education Links Scheme (HELS).
Please note each module has a credit value of 15 and in order to achieve a major award in “Early Childhood Care and Education” you need to have 120 credits. 120 hours work experience must also be achieved and certified by a Supervisor within work placement.
