Refunds will only be issued if a class is cancelled. All refunds issued by last week of October.

| Course Content |
Lacking in energy? Interrupted sleep? Low immune system? In this course you will learn about the various ways that we can try to improve our general health without turning to medication first, but rather look at improving digestion and overall health with some very practical suggestions. Topics covered—cultured foods and digestion, natural skincare, healing herbs from the kitchen, supporting yourself through Winter. |
