Entry Requirements Higher Certificate NFQ Level 6 (Previously called National Cert) in a relevant discipline or Advanced Craft Certificate or equivalent. Candidates holding other qualifications and/or with relevant experience will also be considered through the Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) process.

The Mathematics Module (Level 7) is offered on Year 2 of the programme.

For candidates who do not have the required Level 6 Mathematics, a course in Mathematics is available in year 1.

The Level 6 Mathematics examinations take place annually (in May or August).
