Course Content CBT is used to treat common problems such as anxiety and depression, and can be as effective as taking medication. It also has many practical implications for improving our everyday lives. You will learn to apply CBT techniques to improve quality of life and day to day functioning. You will learn tools to cope better with life’s difficulties such as low mood, relationships, and stress. You will begin to understand how thoughts, feelings and behaviour interact to influence mood.

• Understanding depression and anxiety from a CBT perspective.
