Course Content Aim
This course aims to introduce students to the theory of human psychology, theory of counselling and basic counselling skills. The course does not qualify participants to work as counsellors, nor as psychologists, but does provide a grounding for students who wish to pursue further training in counselling/human psychology.

Entry Requirements ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
Five passes in Leaving Certificate/Applied or equivalent. Students will be selected by means of an interview and a short written essay. Mature students are welcome to apply. A limited number of VTOS places available.
