The Back to Education Initiative (BTEI) provides part-time courses for young people and adults, especially those who have not completed Leaving Certificate (or equivalent) qualification. The BTEI creates an opportunity to combine a return to learning with family, work and other responsibilities. Anyone who has left full-time education can take part in a course, but priority will be given to those with less than upper second level education. You qualify for FREE tuition if you have not completed your education to Leaving Certificate standard.
This course is funded under the Department of Education's Back to Education
Initiative.
This course is a Part-time course.
Participants are not eligible for the Back to Education Allowance or for Student grants.
Application Fee Is Non-refundable
Students are expected to have a good standard of spoken and written English.

Hide-This is a one year part-time course run over two mornings per week which prepares students for work in the areas of Bookkeeping and Payroll.
The purpose of this award is to enable the learner to acquire the knowledge, skills and competence to work independently and under supervision in an administrative role in a range of business contexts and/or to progress to further and higher education and training. It would be beneficial that applicants have some knowledge of using computers. Timetabling schedule may change.
The course starts in September and ends in late May.
