It is a comprehensive programme covering key areas of human resource management (HRM), human resource development (HRD) and employment relations as well as broader related subjects such as economics, sociology and law. The programme is accredited both by the University of Limerick and the Chartered Institute for Personnel and Development (CIPD).
The BA in HRM is particularly attractive for those who are interested in gaining a third level qualification in the area of HRM / employment relations.
