A Fitness and Spinning Instructors qualification can also be obtained during this year by completing the National Certificate in Exercise & Fitness (NCEF) - Accredited by the University of Limerick. |

All applications will be acknowledged by post or email. Applications will be accepted from January 2017 for the first round of interviews each, usually held in May. All applicants will be invited to an interview to ascertain their suitability for the course. Further applications are accepted over the summer months and similar interviews take place in early September for any remaining vacancies. All applicants will be notified by post as to the results of the interview.

Applicants must have successfully completed one of our three Level 5 Sports related courses. |
| Careers or Further Progression |
Graduates may apply for entry to a wide range sports related 3rd Level Degree courses in Institutes of Technology nationwide. Students can apply for direct entry onto Year 2 in DKIT. Students who have undertaken the NCEF instructor's qualification may work directly in the fitness industry as instructors. |
