“Art Therapy is a process by which children and adults can gain a clearer understanding of themselves by exploring difficult thoughts and feelings through the use of art materials. Images can be a way of expressing thoughts and feelings that are not quite clear enough to be dealt with in words alone.”
The course will include theory and practice of Art Therapy as well as history and some case studies.
The experiential art making will be a relaxed introduction to Art Therapy in a group setting.
