Entry Requirements Previous experience of using computers is essential, this includes basic knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite of Applications. (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access) Prospective students should be able to use the internet.

Basic of Computer usage, files and data security

Online Essentials:
Browsing the web, sending/receiving emails. Online Safety

Word Processing:
How to create, edit and format documents

Spreadsheets:
Recording and updating data, creating graphs and charts.

Presentation:
Creation of slideshows, editing and animating.

Using Databases:
Creating a database, input, store and find information.

IT Security:
Protection of documents, hacking, online fraud.
