Enrol using VISA, MASTERCARD or LASER. (LASER cards do not incur a transaction fee. A fee is applied to CREDIT card users).
Postal Enrolment:

Weekday mornings from Monday 28th August between 9.30am and 01.00pm at the Adult Education office.
Also one evening in Scoil Mhuire on Thursday 14th September from 7.30pm to 9.30pm.

Car Park:
Over 270 car parking spaces available on school grounds. Cars are parked at owner’s own risk.

Suitable for beginners, this course is a gentle introduction to the most basic yoga postures. Focus on breathing and engaging it with your daily routine. Leave class feeling relaxed, yet rejuvenated!.
This class is also Ideal for those taking part in sports including cycling , running. |
