This course is ideal for anyone who finds it daunting or difficult to get to grips with modern technology and in particular a Smartphone. No prior experience is needed other than having a Smartphone. We will start slowly by addressing the key fundamentals required in using a Smartphone such as saving phone numbers, making calls, using the calendar, blocking & deleting numbers, locking your phone and using and setting up a passcode.

Topics covered will include:
– How to use a modern Smartphone including Apple & Samsung and other well-known brands
– Downloading, closing? and deleting Apps
– Text messaging & WhatsApp including setting up groups, sending pictures and videos
– How to order a passport or drivers licence online
– Using email
– Internet shopping

Billy is an accomplished professional with 20 years of experience gained in the retail, logistics and further education sectors. Areas of expertise include presentation skills, curriculum development, adult literacy, mentoring and 1:1 tutoring.
