Workforce Management - Carlow / Wicklow / Wexford
This level 9, 30-credit course enables participants to practically apply workforce management techniques; from strategic workforce planning to leadership effectiveness and workforce planning process.

Duration
2 evenings per week 6.00- 10.00pm. There are a number of Saturday workshops each year (indicative).
Entry Requirements
All applicants will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Lifelong Learning reserves the right to require applicants to attend for an interview to determine their suitability for the course.

Participants will also develop critical awareness of labour market forces, emerging techniques, integrated approaches and how to effectively implement possible workforce management solutions for their organisation with all of this in mind. Certificates are available in Certificate in Leadership Effectiveness, Certificate in Strategic Workforce Planning and Certificate in Workforce Planning Process.
