Healthcare - Applied Leadership & Management - Mayo
This programme has been designed to develop the leadership, managerial, and organisational skills of leaders and managers in the health and social care and public sectors. The programme is designed around three key themes of self-development, impact on the team and being a leader within the organisation.

Duration
1 semester part-time, blended.
Study Hours
It is recommended that students should try to allow for 5-6 hours per week per 5-credit module.
On-Campus Attendance
Attendance is required at the Mayo Campus for 4 x 1.5 days residential sessions per semester (Thursday afternoons and Friday all day once a month).
Entry Requirements
Applicants require a Level 8 degree with a grade of 2.2 or higher.

Who should apply?
This programme is suitable for anyone interested in advancing their skills in the areas of leadership and management currently working in the healthcare, social care and public sectors. Students who complete the Certificate in Applied Leadership and Management may wish to progress to the Postgraduate Diploma in Applied Leadership and Management and ultimately to the MSc in Applied Leadership and Management.
