This course builds on techniques and skills developed in the Level 2 Visual Art module. It explores, in more detail aspects such as sketching, painting, drawing, graphic design, sculpture, 2D and 3D modelling. It uses a range of tools including acrylics, watercolours, ink, pastels, fine liners, brush and pens. It helps to develop the personal qualities of perseverance, initiative, visual awareness and creativity. There is a written element to this module which includes art history and some research and planning in order to create your own Work of Art!
