The aim of this course is to enable the participants to learn how to create their own fascinators and headpieces for any occasion. During the course, you will learn how to make basic fascinators using traditional millinery techniques. You will also learn how to create wonderful trimmings such as bows, petals and flowers in different materials as well as feather curling and cutting techniques. This course is a must for anyone who has a creative flair and wants to try their hand at a new skill.

Course Content
- Introduction to basic millinery techniques
- Working with different materials used in millinery such as sininamy, crin and feathers
- Basic machine and hand stitching techniques
- Flower making techniques
- Cutting and curling feathers
- Attaching trimmings to your headpieces, hats, hairbands and combs

Please Note: This course is delivered by award-winning Milliner, Davina Lynch, so it is extremely popular and it tends to fill up fast. If you are interested in taking part, it is advisable to book early. The fee listed does not include the purchase of a small number of materials, which are required to complete the course. These materials can be purchased from the tutor during the course.
