This course combines a minimum of four weeks language study with a guaranteed internship of between eight weeks and six months with real, hands-on work experience.
Duration
Duration: Minimum 4-week language course and 8-week internship
Class Times: 09:00 - 11:00 and 11:30 - 13:30 Monday to Friday and depending on the chosen language course.
Tuition: 20 x 60 minute group tuition per week or 26 x 60 minute group tuition per week, depending on the chosen language course.
Entry Requirements
Levels: A minimum language level is required (Upper-Intermediate CEFR B2)

About this course
Our internship is the ideal option for our students who want to simultaneously improve their future career prospects by gaining valuable experience to include on a CV. This course combines a minimum of four weeks language study with a guaranteed internship of between eight weeks and six months with real, hands-on work experience.
The Emerald Cultural Institute cooperates with our partner organisations who are specialised in the area of recruitment. We provide the Internship Programme course participants with an internship placement in an internationally recognised company, a national or a European organisation.
Former placements have included the following sectors:
Accounting, Administration, Architecture, Beauty, Preschool Education, Engineering (Limited places – 6 months or more), Environmental, Digital Media Marketing, Food & Beverage, Hairdressing, Hotels, Horticulture, Human Resources, Information Technology, Journalism, Landscaping, Law (Limited places – 3 months or more), Logistics, Marketing, Mechanics, Non Profit Organisations, Publishing, Retail, Sales, Sound Engineering, Telecommunications, Tourism.
Non-EU students registering with Immigration for a 25-week programme are eligible for the internship option during their official holiday periods.

Please Note: Eight weeks’ notice required prior to start of internship. The company will decide on the work schedule. Availability of placements may vary according to the sector.
