1 Year — Part-time. 2 evenings per week 7.00 - 10.00pm with some Saturdays throughout the year (Indicative).
Entry Requirements
All applicants will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Lifelong Learning reserves the right to require applicants to attend for an interview to determine their suitability for the course.

Tailored specifically for those in or seeking supervisory/team lead roles, the course provides a complementary set of modules which allow the student to explore topics such as personal effectiveness, team leadership and change management. In support of the learning experience and the application of that learning in the student’s workplace/placement, the course is based on continuous assessment methodologies. This offers an opportunity to gain accreditation through a balanced attendance at class based lectures/ workshops and work based assignments and learning guidance.
