If you’ve ever dreamed of being that person on the radio who gets to have fun and talk in-between and about your favourite songs – This course is for you!

This is perfect for beginners as well as those with some experience in radio broadcasting. You will learn new skills, top tips and a lot of the secrets behind successful radio presentation. The course is taught by industry professional Andy Clarke who is currently working in the Radio industry developing new talent, many of whom have achieved regular work in the industry.

The course tutor, Andy Clarke is an IMRO Radio Award nominated Presenter with Dublin’s 98FM and is also a trainer of new talent which has seen many successful students’ progress on to stations such as 2FM, Today FM and BBC Radio 1 in the UK. Andy also works alongside Learning Waves delivering many different radio based courses.

On completion of this course students will have an greater understanding of the elements required for successful music radio production and presentation as well as a strong demo ready to apply for work in the industry.

Pupils on this course MUST have an internet enabled smart phone device, which has the ability to record audio, which can be transferred to a device/computer for editing

General Information:
1. Fees are not refundable except when a class does not form.

2. Fees are payable in full on enrolment.

3. Smoking on school premises is prohibited by law.

5. Participants must be over 16 years of age.

6. Students must have access to their own device, with internet and webcam, in order to participate in online courses.

7. Materials: Expect to have to buy materials for some courses.

9. Classes will only run if there are sufficient participants-bring a friend!

10. We will contact participants in online courses prior to the beginning of classes.

11. There will be no in-person classes during Midterm Break (week beginning the 25th of October, 2022).
