Entry Requirements
Mature applicants (i.e over 23 years)
or
Leaving Certificate Grade O6 at ordinary level in five subjects in the Leaving Certificate. Two of these subjects must be Mathematics and a language (English or Irish)
or
QQI Level 5 Full award with a minimum of eight modules. or Recognition of Prior Learning (APL/APEL)
Careers / Further progression
Progression from the Certificate in Contract and Employment Law programme is on to the level 8 Bachelor of Arts in Law programme. Entry criteria to this bachelor is based on being a mature applicant (i.e over 23 years of age) and completion of the Certificate in Contract and Employment Law programme.

* This is a standalone qualification. However as a graduate you will be exempt from the above modules on the Bachelor of Arts (Hons) in Law delivered on a part-time basis at the institute.
